What this service provides
Hair Routine Finder provides educational cosmetic hair-care guidance based on your own answers. Suggestions are rules-based and are not a medical diagnosis, an individual stylist consultation, an expert product review or a guarantee of a particular result.
Free and paid options
Your hair profile and starter steps are free. Where checkout is available, the optional 30-day plan is offered for $12 USD as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Review the total shown at checkout before paying, including any applicable taxes.
The paid plan includes a personal schedule, product-type checklist and printable adjustment log. It does not include physical products or ongoing personal consultations.
Checkout and store name
Checkout is processed by Lemon Squeezy through our shared What Colors Suit Me store. It may display “Whatcolorssuiteme” as the store name. The product name identifies the specific one-time guide you are buying.
Access to your plan
Payment must be confirmed before paid plan access is provided. Save your private report link and download or print the plan. Online access is available for up to 365 days unless you request deletion earlier. Keep private access links secure.
Using the guidance
Choose products and techniques that are appropriate for you and follow product directions. Stop anything that causes irritation. Seek suitable professional care for persistent symptoms, sudden shedding or scalp concerns. We cannot assess those through the quiz.
Purchase problems
If you paid but your plan did not become available, do not buy it again. Contact our shared support at hello@whatcolorssuitme.com with your order reference. We will help with access, delivery problems or a refund request. Any statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
Content and corrections
Our original illustrations and written guides are provided for personal learning. Your purchased plan can be saved and shared with a professional helping with your routine. If something appears inaccurate, please contact us with the relevant page and details.
